I look at my role as CEO to be informed about these issues, about things that will affect our business and our people. We have 600 employees that are depending on Crystal Mountain to be around, so to speak. And so we… I want to be informed about energy issues and make sure our leadership team is informed so that they can make intelligent decisions in their day to day work. Because, you know, there’s just not one person that does this. It needs to be a culture, I believe, in the company. And I think culture trumps strategy every time. So if we can have it as a company culture, whenever people are doing things, they can keep in mind the energy conservation and energy use and the big picture.
