I like the efficiency and the energy savings that is in the LEED design process.  What I’m concerned about is, are we looking at the payback?  When I make those investments in a building, am I getting it back I my energy savings?  I’ve not done that.  I’m not an expert on that, but I would caution people to make sure there’s a proper return, again going back to the affordability issue.
